I ordered 3 watches from kounsa . com for gifting to my friends in farewell the prize of products are over 4000 rs .
The images or the content seems to be promising but when I seen that watches it is not the same . I just call the customer care and told about that .
He replies very rood and say then how can I do sir . I repeated that story then he replied that sir please return these things and order another things . so my experience about this site is very bad .
