Though I have not visited the said hospital but from my friend Reviewbird's review, I understand that corruption at lower levels should be curbed totally so that patients feel more at home while getting admitted and take treatment be it as out patient or in patient. It is the mental relief a patient gets which results in a faster cure than even
The situation is not restricted to Gosha Hospital but also many a Govt. Hospitals/ offices. I don't think there is an any exception. Like in "Indian" picture, unless people stop bribing the govt. servants or any, for that matter, corruption cannot be eliminated by any mechanism. Self realization is the best realization. Govt can only enact statutes and monitor to certain extent. It is for us to covert it to realism. May God save us all from the corrupt officials seeking "speed money" for carrying out their duties as govt servants, for which they are paid by Govt. out of the hard earned money of the public , contributing as Direct/Indirect taxes.
If corrupt collections are pooled in India, we can pay the world bank loan , to a major extent. To that level it is rampant.
My submission may not be in a good taste to many an Indian, but it is reality, one must honestly admit.
