We booked Kasauli Resort for a two night three days package. It is not a very large resort but a decent place with clean surrounding, good housekeeping and great food. The view from most of the rooms is also nice. I found it a complete value for money. Due to some office emergency, we had to cut down our trip and return the next day. To our surprise, the concierge was very understanding and helpful. They immediately did the bill calculation without any hassles and nagging. I would definitely recommend this place.
