We are having idfc infrastructure bond purchased five year back the registar of this bond is karvy computershare pvt ltd. As we all know that karvy provides various services to mutual funds and many more but most of the services are worst. over here I want to share one of my recent experience with this company.
I called karvy computershare pvt ltd office on numbers printed on bond envelope.none of the number exist 040-44655000, 1800-3454-00. No reply form email id idfc_infra@karvy.com. einward.ris@karvy.com. There are few toll free nos and email which we get from internet but no one is working. No one is replying on any emails despite of several reminders. Government department is more efficient then karvy.
After getting feed up of this is called ahmedabad office to get the details. On calling one or two numbers I got a number of bond department 079-26400527. The operator of the phone was lady. when I asked for the procedure to redeem the bond. like a robot she explained me the procedure.when I asked him why I cannot submit the original documents at karvy ahmedabad office because earlier my share certificate got lost when I send it Hyderabad karvy office and after long time I can able to get the another copy of share.
She was not ready to hear anything and she hang up the phone.
The lady was so rude that she was not ready to listen anything.
So here I request people those who are reading that do not invest in mutual funds, bonds and other products in which the register agent is karvy.
There employees are not having manner how to talk to people
