This is the worst bank which I had ever visited. It was really a bad experience for me. The staffs in the bank are very less and don't have time to talk with customers. They are sometimes very harsh. I had asked for a form but they didn't provide me immediately.
The banks have very less centers in Mumbai and even least ATM services. They don't even have internet banking and debit card facilities. And if you apply for it they will charge you and the cost is higher than any banks. This banks just have less services even they don't explain about various schemes going on. I just suggest not to visit this bank.
