I had opened a savings and recurring account with KVB, RT Nagar branch.
However, soon found out technologically it is still in old times. No provision of resetting passwords online. Every small requirement requires running to the branch.
Too many rules, but they all add up to discomfort of the customers only. One of the worst customer services.Do not have a high opinion of the bank. Therefore closed both my accounts.
Branch personnel are friendly. However, I wish the customer service was as friendly as well and was more technology friendly as well.
