I have been keenly following each and every review on karrox espically the HIGH ranking one. But today when I read dixy_d review I finally decided to express my personal opinion on it.
First thing here I would like to mention here is most of the HIGH ranking reviews written here on karrox are mostly from the employees of karrox!! Now you will ask me how I know. My point is if you read all the reviews on karrox and the profile of the members who have written on karrox you will find that most of them have written just on karrox only. And in some reviews they have even mention it that they are the employees of karrox.
I enrolled with them for JAVA last year. As many before me I was impressed with their infrastructure and lab. The counselor was also very helpful and she successfully fooled me to join their course. I thought the fees were too high as compare to Aptech and NIIT, but their Lab was newly built with new PC’s. So I paid full installment before joining the course which was due to start in 4 days. But after 3 days some Priya, or Poonam I am not quite sure about her name she called me telling me that the batch has been delayed for 1 week and she will inform me the exact date later in the week. I was very upset and straight away I asked her to refund my money and she just would not listen to me.
At last after 2 weeks of delay the first lecture was started. On the very day only 2 PC”S out of total 6 were working in JAVA1 Lab which is on the new acquired building on the left side. So we had to share 1 PC with five students. This continued for a week anf after our regular complaint to the branch manager we were allotted JAVA2 Lab for our practical. Here also we had to share our PC but with less student.
Faculty
Faculties are biggest drawback of karrox. In my 3 months with karoox we had 4 different persons teaching us JAVA and believe not even one knew the subject properly.
All they did was just gave some solved examples from their notebook. Whenever we had some difficulties we were left all on our own to solve it. Regarding the faculties we made lot of complaint to the Manager but he would just listen and do nothing to solve our problem.
In the end I completed 3 months only because I had paid the full fees for the course.
Karplace… BULLSHIT! In reality it doesn’t even exist!
At the time of admission they boost of big placement records, but that’s all rubbish. From my batch we were total of 10 students and still none of them are placed by karrox. And if you visit their office they have this colorful pamphlet all over mentioning big companies name and student’s name whom they claim to have placed. All rubbish don’t even believe that even if Darshan Shah, Chairman tell that something about placement facilities.
I plead everyone not get fooled with their big talks and promises and better join some small institute where you can get personal attention and better education.
