When compared to other nationalized and new generation private banks, Karnataka Bank is much ahead in customer service and friendliness. However, you may not find much ATMs in semi urban and smaller towns. Even the charges levied are much lower than other banks. Staffs are highly co-operative and friendlier.
Finally a easy bank compared to other bigger nationalized and foreign banks. Even though you may find it difficult to log in in its internet banking initially, it is very secured and you will get to used to it gradually.
