Not Worth it. Review on Karnataka Bank

I have an account in Karnataka Bank. You can say most my family members have an account in Karnataka bank. Before demonetization I felt they were the best bank. To with draw money it took only 15 mins. For passbook entry I used to get done in 5 mins. I just loved the bank. After the demonetization the bank service is really bad. There is no cash at the bank. To get the passbook filled I have to leave the passbook and come the next day to collect it, That means I have to do two trips to get a passbook filled which is ridiculous. I used to love the bank but Now I am thinking twice is it really worth me keeping my account there. They have a Mpassbook app which is ok but you can view only one account at a time so if you have four accounts you have to have for mobile which is ridiculous.ATM has never cash so dont bother to go to withdraw.
