Hi Friends
I am a customer of Karnataka bank for last 5 years but I feel that the they have good customer base but they have not enough branch or ATMs for which the customers are always facing problems.May be they have enough branch in other parts of the country but they dont have enough service in Assam and as a customer if I would like to make some transaction then I will have to run approx 340 km to get a branch of karnataka bank. As its a growing bank then they should have increase their branch to serve their customers better .
