It is a good hotel
It has the amenities but not the ambience.They have a team of agents and taxies outside club mahindra resort. They lure CM members that the taxi is available free of cost to go to a restaurant of your choice and then to Karma hotel and drop back to CM.(The word used by they themselves is kidnapped) A scratch card for free gift is given. Mostly it is "better luck next time" In some cases it will be free stay at their hotels.in return your 60 minutes listening to presentation is expected. In practice your entire evening is wasted. The manager comes during presentation and says he has an ace up his sleeve. What he does is initially he quotes one figure as cost with surrenderof cm membership. At the end he offers same amount without surrender of membership.
The gift card of e night stay has a catch. You are supposed to pay a deposit of 4000 which is not refundable but adjustable against food.The food charges are like green tea Rs.180
