The Karbonn Smart A26 packs the dual camera feature which is the must have feature nowadays for every Smartphone. It comes with the 5.0 MP of primary camera at rear with LED flash. Also it has the secondary VGA camera at front that lets the user to capture the own portrait. So the camera specifications of the device seems to be standard one and are similar to most of the other device in this segment.
The Karbonn Smart A26 comes with the internal storage capacity of 4 GB that can be further expanded up to 32 GB via the Micro SD card slot. Karbonn Smart A26 is powered by the 1 GHz Dual Core processor, and will be enough for the device and will provide smooth working of most of the apps and features. With it the processor is again supported by the 512 MB of RAM and will let the device not to become slow while there are multiple operations are carried out simultaneously, though larger HD games or other apps will have problem in there smooth transition. So the overall we can expect the processor to support nicely with the normal operations though the device will not have better support for the larger applications and features.
The Karbonn Smart A26 is powered by the 2000 mAh Li-Ion battery, and seems to be good and is capable of giving backup of about a day for average users and little less for the heavy users. Though Karbonn Smart A26 comes with the larger display but with lesser screen resolution so battery will give good support to it and the user will not run out of power.

The Karbonn Smart A26 sports a larger 5.0 inch capacitive FWVGA touch screen display, and seems to be very good as most of the devices in this range comes with much smaller display. Smart A26 has the screen resolution of about 854 x 480 pixels. Also the display has the pixel density of about 196 PPI, from the specifications with which the display of the device comes guarantees the users with above the average clarity. Display seems to be good in the price range in which the device is launched and also the larger display will let the users to read the e-books and enjoy the movies.
When it comes to the features Karbonn Smart A26 comes with various options. For connectivity options it comes with the EDGE, WI-FI, WI-FI hotspot, Bluetooth. Also for the audio connectivity Smart A26 comes with the 3.5 mm audio jack. Karbonn Smart A26 runs on the Android v4.1.2 Jelly Bean OS and adds to the total functionality of the phone. The phone offers the Dual SIM support and will let the users to use both the SIM at the same time. The device features various sensors such as the G-Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Light Sensor.
