Hi,
I purchased Karbonn SMART TAB 1 tablet online. It seemed good at first when I had barely any apps on it but after a week and having installed about 10 apps it was freezing all the time and so slow. I removed all the apps and it was okay again but still quite slow when using the internet. I figured I would just have to use it for the basics like checking my email and maybe to go on the internet now and then, but a few weeks later it wasn't charging properly. I got a new charger from the seller and it was good for a few days but then once again it sto pped charging properly then all of a sudden it just turned off and wouldn't turn on again. I got a replacement and a few months later the same thing happened. With both of these tablets the screen had a weird "oily" look to it underneath and when I typed words in when using the internet it would freeze on me and put in different letters. They also couldn't handle me tapping the screen more than once. Even though it would take forever for pages to load I had to just wait because if I tapped again the internet or the app would just become completely unresponsive and then shut down.
I then bought a 7" tablet from showroom and the same thing happened. They replaced it for me and the 4th one did it too. Call me a slow learned but I had never used a tablet pc before and so I kept thinking it was somehow my fault because I hadn't used it properly but after 4 of the devices doing the same thing I realised it was definitely a problem with the devices.
Anyway, i'm glad if people have had success with this brand but I certainly haven't and would much rather pay a bit more next time for a reputable brand.
