KARBONN MOBILE


Dear Sir,


I just went to a mobile shop with my friend and have a look on this karbonn mobile Model s5, the first look appeal me, so I plan to buy the smart mobile, As I m out of station so dont have  so much cash to buy this so I purchased the mobile by Credit card. I found it very nice and have a good processing speed and run many apps smoothly which are not run fastly in my samsung ace plus.


I am on my business trip so mostly I used to drive my car and not have so much time to use the mobile. I come back to Jalandhar my home town after 4- 5 days and found the battery back of mobile is just half an hour on full charge if I use 3G or Data on mobile for email checking  or using map for direction and all that.


I went to the service center in Jalandhar and shocked to see the heavy RUSH at that place every 1 is shouting and quarrelling for repair or replacing his phone and blaming himself for buying the KARBONN mobile. I showed the mobile to the customer care executive girl. She said u have to submit the photocopy of the bill 1st then we check ur phone.


I went the service center again next day with the photo copy of the bill. after getting the bill and checking the phone she said u have to leave your phone for 2 days, we will check and find the problem either it is with mobile or with battery. I request that lady that I am a business person and it is not easy for me to be without phone, please replace the battery with any other phone available in service center, that lady understand my problem and replace the battery with some other phone available with her for repair.


I checked the phone 1 day and found that there is no change in the battery backup. again after 1 day I reached  service center again and executive checked the phone and said to me that may be the problem is in software because when the data services of GPRS is in off position the phone is giving battery backup of more than enough. So I ask them to reload the software, they complete the job in 15 - 20 Minutes and handover the mobile to me.


After 1 day of checking I feel the phone is just like bullsh*t and have no any change in battery backup, then I send my worker to service center to get it checked. The service center people keep the mobile with them and give the receipt (no. 2988) of service center, Jalandhar to my worker and tell him to inquire after 2-3 days.


As I am busy in my work and the service center is far away from my place, I try to call service center many time regularly in 2-3 days at the phone number listed on service center slip but unable to reach them, phone has not been picked by anyone.


I went to service center after 2-3 days and heard that my phone has been sent to the company and may be return after 30 to 45 days after repair because the service center is unable to find the problem. I m shocked and request the lady on the counter that what is my mistake I purchased new mobile and not even used few hours, she call the manager/owner of the service center and discuss my problem with him, he said sir we understand ur problem but the phone was purchased 7 days back so we are unable to replace the phone as per company's policy, he checked and told me that the phone is not couriered to company till now, we try to change the motherboard of the phone with any other phone and give me time of 2-3 days I will find any solution.


He gave me his mobile no. so that I can contact him directly after 3 days I called today but he said till now he is not able to get the phone repaired, the worker may find the solution till evening and he will give me a call to pick the phone...


Till now I m without phone and with heavy heart I m going to deposit my credit card bill tomorrow including the cost of that phone Rs. 11, 200/-  which I never ever used and which is not with me right now and there is no hope for the same.


If there is any INSANIYAT in the KARBONN mobile company and Service center people please give my money back I dont want that phone back, what ever u people want to  cut the depreciation (10%, 20%), please do that, I understand that I donate in Gurudwara sahib or help someone who need this money more than me.


The service center people are good and cooperative but they done very hard job and I think they would pay only for taking stress and hearing bad words from customers just because of the quality of product the karbonn throwing in the market.


Please help me, I promise I never done this mistake again to buy the KARBONN mobile.
