I have purchased the Karbonn mobile on the basis of Gadget Guru show on news channel, as per them all Indian mobiles are giving almost all the features (including operating system) in very low price (which provided by branded phones like Nokia, Samsung, iPhone etc).
I purchased the directly from market by using all the features of the phone like wifi, blue tooth, GPS etc everything worked so smoothly. However, in few days only I came to know that it has some kind of defect in battery I tolerated it few days and then suddenly my phone got switched off and was not getting switch on.
Therefore I took the handset to service center and they refused to repair saying that the is genuine handset of Karbonn but model is not made to be sold in Maharashtra and therefore can't be repaired anywhere in Karbonn service center in Maharashtra. that is really pathetic. When I went to the seller, he repaired it but again facing the same problem. I don't have much time to make complaint to run to and fro in Karbonn service center or on their web site.
I am writing this review only to alert the buyers who are thinking to save money by purchasing this kind of brand mobile phones/tabs. As per my experience I would not recommend them. I would really recommend to increase the budget a little and go for branded phones only e.g. Nokia, Samsung, HTC etc.
