According to my opinion karbonn is a good brand, that's why I owned a karbonn smartphone.but it is my biggest mistake that I purchased this phone, and now I am not using this phone because this mobile doesn't fulfill my expectation.i purchased this phone on well known e-commerce website.and when I opened the product the phone was brand new and look wise very good.but after using sometime I am facing lots of problem in this mobile.i found that it's touch is not working properly, the phone works sometime well but sometime it hangs and gets switched automatically.one more disadvantage is that the touch is not working at the time or receiving calls.i also contacted customer care but the number given on the box is not working then I searched for contact number on internet and many attempts they picked up my call and after listening my query they told me to hold the call and after long time they doesn't back on call.after many attempts they didn't picked up my call and I lost my hope.this is a budget mobile phone but very cheap quality.i will not prefer it.
