In my life I had used two karbonn phone, one is karbonn A1 star and second is this one karbonn A101. Although this phone looks good in design but it is very heavy, poor display, poor camera and very slow processor. Phone gets very laggy after installing many apps. After one year of use this phone the battery of the phone started getting bigger which resulted in short circuit in the phone and all my money got wasted. I tried almost all karbonn customer care number that I can find on internet or there manual but I bet no one will ever work. Karbonn is the worst company and please never buy any of its phone. But still if you have any doubt on this review then you can verify it by just dialing any of the karbonn customer care number.
