Television's pretty young thing Priya Wal, seem to be enjoying every bit of her newfound fifteen minutes of fame. Priya, 21 along with her co-star Shweta Gulati, 23 rule the primetime on Star One in the teenie-bopper flick, Remix. ABOUT HER
TheRaheja Township resident and former model says she grabbed the opportunity when she heard the script. She came to Mumbai for the auditions and was selected immediately. She has done more than 25 print campaigns including those for LG, Electrolux, Cosmopolitan and Ritu Kumar.This Delhite shifted base to Mumbai nine months ago. Besides acting, Priya loves buying music CDs, watching movies and is into adventure sports. She wants to go bungee jumping and skydiving someday.
BACKGROUND
The statuesque brunette who flaunts fiery red hues and spiked hair as the tomboyish Anvesha in the popular teen show, is a Mayo College product who graduated in English Literature from I.P.College and was content modelling for TV commercials and rampshows. For Delhi model-turned-actress Priya, acting wasn't the ''career'' in the beginning.She was told that she was too tall to be on TV and mentally wasn't prepared to be in films. She always wanted to play Tennis, and never thought of modelling. And when she became a model, she never decided to act. So life has been full of surprises for her. She's having a great time doing Remix, but dosen’t know what the future holds.

a red-haired, sharp-tongued, snooty but endearing tom boy she is very popular among the kids for her whacky sense of dressing and her eccentric ways and without the tell patent red locks, will surely not be the brat we know!

She is as confident and naughty as Anvesha, but off late has also become rebellious like her.Playing Anvesha has made her forget Priya.She's totally gotten into the skin of the character.The only major difference between Priya and Anvesha is that Priya is not as over the top as Anvesha.
THE MAKING of ANVESHA BANERJEE RAY
it was her stylist Tanya Behl’s idea to color Priya's hair, as it went perfectly with my character. Adhuna Akhtar at Juice cut her hair. Her creative director coined the phrase Hey Bhaggu. She used to use it with her friends during her college days.

she is a fabulous actress,& is the setter of a new trend.She is like me in many ways,& always does what her heart tell her to do.She has gone through many changes in her life but soon learns the new way& the MAIN reason is coz.............She is in REMIX wich is my ALL TIME favorite SERIAL.
