I ordered biscuits from Karachi bakery online. The product was delivered in broken - half eaten wrapper. The order was for fruit biscuits and this is supposed to be best product. On calling up the customer care, the girl reponded with 'sorry'. I had placed this order for gifting purposes and it was so embarassing to receive it half-rat eaten package. Disgusting is the word. The shop personnel who answered the phone did not say anything and put the blame on the courier people.
They charge almost the cost of biscuit for packing and shipping purpose and the quality is horrible. The cost of buscits was Rs 100 on the box and the cost online is Rs 195 and the product delivered to you is damaged box. If the biscuits are broken also its understandable, but what to do if the external cover itself is half eaten and torn. Its like some animal bitten product is delivered.
They have lost me as a customer. I can rather order fresh biscuits from local bakery than go by this reputed name of Karachi Bakery.
