Hearing about some reviews on Kp, I admitted my child in the Nolambur branch. I was told they would give personal attention to each kid and would take care with affection . Little did I know my child was to face a nightmare . My daughter is 3 years old and is a really smart kid and a brave one indeed . The first day she was happy to go to school and enjoyed being there . But from next day she became quite fussy and would cry profusely and not let me go. I thought its usual for a child to be in a new environment and she would get used to it naturally . But as days went by it only became worse.
One day I found her chin bruised and swollen, since it was my mother who picked her up she did not notice as she was crying and she was consoling her . These staffs did not even inform anything about this . When I called them up and asked, that lady told she actually forgot in a very cool tone. I went in person and enquired but they did not come clean . I said I will complaint to the management to which she said you can very well do . And I did complain and they responded but it was a mere hogwash . They said they will arrange for a meeting but conveniently avoided . They are all together in this . Only if government runs an audit or raid on them
They would be caught. I dunno abt the other branches . But NOLAMBUR- a BIG NOOOOO. My child is yet to recover from this . She is scared and has a very traumatic experience.
