Dulquer's stardom has raised and everyone was waiting for Kammattipadam. And Rajeev Ravi is well known for his direction. Like his old movies Kammattipadam looks pretty much to real world.
In to the movie:
Movie tells the story of 2 friends Krishnan and Ganga. Both of them are low class people, as they grow up they work behind a landlord for his illegal dealings. That's the main part I don't want to get deep in to the story watch it in the theatres.
Behind the Camera:
Even though the film sports Dulquer in main role but Vinayakan as Ganga stole the show. Vinayakan fitted perfectly in the casting and he felt like a low class gangster in every mannerisms. Overall casting of the film was pretty perfect you should watch it know that. Movie packed a good first half but the second half was the main negative of the film. Second half had a dragging story telling and direction of some points lacked the pace. Camera was another thing I will say good, some Ariel shots were pretty good indeed. BGM packed with a folk music has helped the film in character detailing. Overall its just an average and not every one's cup of tea. And because of violence and crime the movie is only recommended for adults.
