Vishal Bhardwaj finally connects Audience-Art-Action-Award Winning Stuff. This movie is one of its kind. Each scene is crafted to perfection and delivered with tremendous force.....Raw energy - high voltage drama - executed with a punch as rarely seen in Bollywood.

Well, I was never a fan of Vishal Bhardwaj, but I did like his movie -'Omkara'. But I still thought that it was only a movie worth seeing only once. It was artistic but I could never connect to any of the characters of Onkara.

But KAMINEY IS IN A DIFFERENT LEAGUE. In fact it Blasts off and enters a league where very few Hindi Movies could have ever ventured...... Everything in this movie is new - fresh and unpredictable.....

Each Character is etched perfectly... Each act is done brilliantly..As for the Story----- I dont have to recount the story again since many people have already written about that... The performance of each of the actors in the movie is outstanding - -Priyanka Chopra is Brilliant in her role of Sweety. Amol Gupte who was the writer of Taare Zamen Par was excellent as the Bhoppe. ...the crooked politician who plays his role to perfection.

The movie builds up to a crescendo towards the climax which is brilliantly choreographed. This movie lauches Shahid Kapoor into the territory of TOP bollywood actors, something where only Shahrukh or Amir or Hritik have reached or are capable of reaching..The sweet looking boy next door has suddenly transformed into an explosive actor with a high voltage performance. His depiction of two completely different characters is the best double role I have ever seen.

There is tremendous energy in each scene and each song specially the Dhetedan song. The movie has several twists and turns and you may not understand the sequence unless your eyes and ears are glued to the unfolding scenes. In fact I could only connect a lot of scenes after the movie ended. The cinematographyis par excellence, the camera creates the perfect mood and canvas for the actors to perform.

Movie connossiers will love this movie and it should not be missed..Once in a while a movie is produced which stretches the Horizon of Movie making - the Way MATRIX did. KAMINEY is that kind of movie which has forever stretched the Horizon of Indian Movies....

The movie is BETTER THAN most of the ENGLISH OSCAR Winning movies, and any award for the movie will only be a prestige for that award, not for the movie, because it is beyond any awards. Kudos to Vishal Bhardwaj for giving us this wonderful treat to senses.
