Its been more than 2 years that I have written areview on this site.why? well I relocated to dubai and did shamefullylose touch with this site.but before I continue a "HAPPY AND PROUDHAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY TO YOU ALL" ok ok now back to the movie.therewould be some spoilers in the review so please skip if you have notseen the movie.
Cast: Shahid Kapoor(man he has matured), PriyankaChopra(Gorgeous as always), rest of the crew(all have done a greatjob-whom will you choose.i dont know.what what makes it amazing)
Direction:Vishal Ji alllllll the way.If you think Langda Thyagi was thepinnacle of achievement of this guy.then think again.he is themaster.I am writing this straining to think of one character who hasnot acted his worth of salt.and guess what.nothing comes tomind.everyone is a gem.now to the verdict, .please please seethis pic.next section is the plot and analysis.so it would be akiller for people not seen the movie.go ahead and splurge on thismovie and see what direction is all about.
Plot:'.A pair oftwins -both different corners of the character spectrum.bad guy getsinvolved in the wrong crowd.good guy gets involved witrh girlrelated to gangster.Jai Maharashtra! all goes to the dumps.theyget involved with each other and what an explosion of talent.maybefor guys who have seen "enemy of state" something might click: Anywaysstory comes to good ending with good prevailing over evil! forfurther fetails please watch the movie
Salient parts:Wow.Wow.what I like about this movie is that I am shortchanged to come up with one character who is not fit for his/her part.Shahid Kapoor has showcased his talent.same for priyanka chopra.hermarathi accent is impeccable.
Salient parts contd: The part wherethe kid shahid goes searching for money to save his dad and then comesback as adult shahid only to face his fathers demise and his kidbrother voicing his dissent.here it highlights the fact that thatcharlie(bad shahid) has never forgiven himself for his fatherdeath.and this is so beautifully woven into the narration.
nomore revealing the plot.all I have to say is.GO HEAD.WATCH ANDENJOY.all aspiring actors.watch and learn.i have to say, .thereare many scenes where the two characters of shahid are sharing thescreen space.and the way the audience would relate to the two issomething the directore should take credit for.its amazing.
