The Script:
Astory of a guy from Punjab, who has cheap-chinese-replica of the sixthsense! He joins a University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, SouthAfrica in Mumbai. Now thefunniest part is that this section of Mumbai is filled with firangees:) Yes! The movie has been shot in Cape Town, South Africa and theykeep on saying that it's Mumbai!
Ok - so coming back to our hero- Raj Singhania, he is Albert Einstein, Nostradamus and Bruce Lee - allrolled into one. He is a scientific genius, can see future and beat theshit out of college seniors at the same time. Oh yes! He can! Now Mr.Raj goes to college, falls in love on the first day, get ragged, beatssenior, beats then in a off-road-motorcycle race and then befriendsthem. He also manages to impress his Prof(Rishi Kapoor) on the firstday, who then takes him home for making him a cup of tea and shows himhis secret in-house-lab. The prof is shown to be an ex-NASA scientist, who is evil.
League Qualifier #1:
Rajis capable of kicking football at his college-seniors, which alwaysbounces back to him so that he can shoot it back again! Yes! He takesdown about 6 of his seniors that way.
League Qualifier #2:
Rajsaves his sissy girlfriend's life as she is publically ridiculing himin a shopping mall. His spider-sense tingles and he realizes there is abomb under the stage where his sissy girlfriend is standing. He alsosees which wire needs to be chopped off to stop the bomb. Raj yells"Bomb in the mall! Evacuate now!". A minor stampede follows in thejam packed mall leaving Raj and his sissy girl alone. At the samemoment ACP police steps in with a member of bomb disposal squad and askRaj to leave. Raj refuses and they agree to it. He tells thebomb-disposer guy where the bomb is. The bomb-disposal guy chooses tochop the yellow wire to stop the bomb. Raj insists it's the red wire(Yeah! of course - red= danger, silly!).The red wire is chopped and Raj becomes the overnight Spiderman forMumbai. The police team(ACP+ 1 bomb-dispo guy+ 2 constables) do notarrest Raj for interrogation(he knew the exact location of the bomband the wire to be chopped off after all, but that was just acoincidence .), but introduce him to media reporters "Here is theguy who saved many lives, our hero, Raj"(Yay!)
League Qualifier #3:
Prof et al(Raj) make a jammer-device, which when coupled with a toy-remote-control can flip traffic signals(traffic signals are closed-wired-circuits as far as I know). It'd begreat if we could buy a couple of these of Bangalore traffic police. Isee them flipping traffic signals manually at Mekhri circle everytime aVIP goes by.
League Qualifier #4:
Rajbeats the sh*t out of an un-named terrorist organization with his barehands. He beats the kingpins unconscious. The foot-soldiers of theorganization stand and stare as he does that. Not a single shot firedby either side. And when the kingpins are down the foot-soldiers runaway, leaving Raj and his sissy girlfriend alone.
League Qualifier #5:
Raj survives a bomb blast next to him at Prof's house
My Verdict:
Themovie is a revenge tool. Go ahead, buy the tickets and gift it to theperson you hate. They'll watch the movie, burn their brains off and diein the theater.
