If you want your loved ones to die take them to Kailash. They don't even have emergency medicines handy when the patient is super critical. It's a humble request to all doctors if you can't handle then accept and tell patient to shift to a better doctor. You people can earn money but not at the cost of someones life.
We never mind paying but you should have been honest to say that you can't handle the case. Rather than just letting my brother die.
