Less fee has affected the quality of doctors.Some of doctors are though good if you get their reference by some one. once upon a time this hospital had a standard but now never advice to go this hospital for acute diseases. The chairman who himself is a doctor is more concentrating in local politics, (as now he has got name and fame) rather than hospital administration. No personal touch or professional touch by some OPD doctors. A senior OPD doctor/ physician was wearing a tie on worn collar. Next day he was wearing soiled tie. Most of are average category doctors, retired and just are coming as they wish to past their last carrier timeStaff retention is extremely poor especially at mid level, which is backbone of any organisation. blood bank is really horrible, no management and paucity of staff. Some patients died last summer in viral /dengue outbreak as they did not get the platelets in right time from the blood bank.
