I DONT HAVE A SINGLE STAR TO GIVE
AFTER INSTALLATION NO ONE VISITED TO PROVIDE FREE SERVICE/ CHECK-UP. EVERY SERVICE VISIT IS CHARGEABLE.
THE CHIMNEY STOPPED WORKING WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF PURCHASE.I AM FACING SHORT CIRCUITS, FIRES N SMOKES FROM THE EQUIPMENT. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A REQUEST AND NO ONE WAS ACCOUNTABLE. TILL DATE. NO ONE VISITED TO REPAIR THE CHIMNEY.
AGENTS ARE VERY CASUAL AND THEY KEEP POSTPONING THE DATE OF REPAIR. I ASKED FOR A CALL BACK AFTER AN AGENT CAN CO-ORDINATE WITH THE CONCERNED TEAM AND TILL DATE I AHVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL BACK.
ABOVE ALL THEY WANT ME TO TRY THEIR HOB AND CHIMNEY COMBO. THE WEBSITE TALKS ABOUT WORLD CLASS EQUIPMENT.
PLEASE DONT PURCHASE AS IT HAS LOWEST CLASS OF AFTER SALES SERVICE.
