I lodged a complaint on for my DISH WASHER on 10th. Sept. 19, and was promised that the same will be attended in around 24-48 hours. I specifically requested for visit after 6 pm as no one is available before that time. I got a call at around 2.30 pm on 12th, informing me that the technician will reach in 15 mins. I told them that no one is at home they should please come after 6, as I will come on hour earlier. The technician said.. “WHAT CAN I DO.. I WORK ONLY BETWEEN 10 AM TO 6 PM” These words along with his arrogance and give a damn attitude.. shows total lack of commitment for customer service. They are only interested to sell the consumables and probably will give service only if the product is out of warranty as they will then get paid for it. After this I have again made 2 calls to their number but they have not responded inspire committing to get back in half an hour.
