I bought a Kaff bruit in Hob N604 BG from Kitchen EQ, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi on 18 Nov 2012, thinking that Kaff could be a better product than other brands including Faber.. but what a disappointment!! Since the day of the installation done on 4th Dec 2012, it has been giving perennial problems with 2 of the 4 burners not working and 2 with very high flame, generating burst sounds all of a sudden with flames spreading to the side knobs. We find it too dangerous to cook with this Hob, as it may result fire in the house!!
A number of complaints have been made to their customer care at 1800 180 2221 (you need patience to reach this number as they answer only at their will) since the installation... but no one cares to visit yet and set right. The Manager in charge of service centre Mr Rawat - Tel 93120 18454 does not even bother to answer the phone... the option left with us to approach Consumer Court only... My advice to others... please think twice before you buy Kaff product. --- PSS 9811197746
