Received the chimney without filter tray. 21 Sep 2022 raised req no 220921145 for filter tray. Till date the filter tray is not provided. Everytime I call customer service they ask me to call local service agent who says out of his hand Kaff is not sending the part.
Customer service is so pathetic that there is no escalation mechanism or way to talk to someone senior in Kaff.
Recommend not to buy any kaff product
