The product is very good but must say that the service in Goa is terrible. The most important thing is customer service which kaff fails to understand. I have been using this chimney for last 5yrs and had asked for a filter replacement after 3 yrs. The service peraon in Goa sold me a different kind of filter unlike my original Aluminum mesh filter. The filter was very bad as all the excess oil was going to the blower. On complaining i was told that he would replace it with the original aluminum filter but never happened. Now after almost 2 years i got in touch with the Mumbai head office and ordered the orignal filters which again took more than a month.
I would never recommend this product only because of the after sales service and non availability of spares
