I had bought kaff chimney from a dealer in bangalore, after removing cover upon installation I could see rust all over the chimney body. I had contacted the dealer and he made me wait for 1-2 months saying he is talking to bangalore head of Kaff. Finally I asked him to share the proof and he sent me one number, upon calling that number I found he does not even work in kaff. then I had to go to customer care and even they kept cancelling my service request. once one service engineer came, took all pic and cleaned chimney saying he will see if the rust re-appear. They are just wasting time so that the warranty period gets over. now he is saying to contact dealer, dealer is saying to contact customer care. most probably I have received used product and the kaff customer care are all into it.
They sell used and faulty products and in name of service they keep delaying and now they are saying it cannot be replaced, the dealer is responsible and also its not rust its just dust.
