The chimney had just got down after a month of installation. I complained to the company and what I get in return, "Sir, The technician will visit'tomorrow'."
Their tomorrow never came from the past 3 weeks. Horrible experience with kaff. Had been using other kaff products as well but this time they have just shown the limits. Horrible experience. Not recommended to even think about the kaff products, or once they are down, just throw them away and buy another or you will end up just waiting for'Tomorrow'.
