I feel this review is:
I bought a Kaff electric chimney in march 2015. it worked fine for first 2 years. Then one fine day it just stopped. I lodged complaints twice in april. After repeated calling to the customer care a technician came after 2 weeks. He took some part with him for repair. Its been 6 weeks since then. He has not called or come. I called customer care twice and they say I wil get a call in 24 hrs. its been 3 days now. Still no call. The local customer care centre of hyderabad doesnt pick up the Phone at all. I would never recommend anybody to buy Kaff products in view of their poor after sales services.
