Impressed by the name, German technology, the way the appliances look decided to buy their products for my own use. I got to say 'I MADE A BIG MISTAKE' and I am stuck with products that are not working now just after 6 months of purchase.
The following are the issues if you buy KAFF PRODUCTS:
1. Within warranty period the products will fail for sure. All my KAFF products failed.
2. Kaff service centers don't stock spare parts and in warranty products parts, they will simply not replace for about 3 months and out of warranty parts they don't keep spares as all their products fail very often and the customers just throw away the appliances due to bad service by the company.
3. KAFF products are NOT SUITABLE for Indian use. It's perfect for Germans as they use it sparingly.
4. After you register a complaint with call center the service center technician will visit your place and then, they will simply not respond to you. If you call the call center they will say "we will escalate the matter to the service center" and that's it nothing will happen for days to come.
5. After repeated calls to the call center they will give you service head's number who will never pick up calls nor will answer to your messages. Please note that this service head is on KAFF's pay roll and works only on the day he receives his pay check from the company.
6. When you go to their showroom the company sales person before purchase will never say that all KAFF appliances will FAIL WITHIN WARRANTY and it takes MORE THAN THREE MONTHS TO REPLACE SPARE PARTS of failed appliance.
After you purchase and register for service the person attending your service at site will say it will take time to get the spare parts of in warranty appliances as they have to go through a long process of replacement within the company. That is is never ending wait, you will never get the spare and will be stuck with an appliance that never works.
BEWARE! DON'T PURCHASE KAFF PRODUCTS THINKING THAT THEY ARE GERMAN AND WILL WORK WELL. THEY ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR USE BY INDIANS AND INDIAN CONDITIONS AND THE COMPANY IS JUST NOT ABLE TO ATTEND THE SERVICE CALLS AND REPLACE SPARE PARTS UNDER WARRANTY AND OUTSIDE WARRANTY.
ALL FOUR STARS AND FIVE STARS IN REVIEWS THAT YOU SEE ARE FAKE OR WRITTEN BEFORE THEIR PRODUCTS HAVE FAILED. ASK THEM NOW AND THEY WILL HAVE SAME FACTS TO SHARE.
