Kaff has the worst customer service of all the companies out there.
My hob burner went down 2 months back. We immediately raised a complaint and was attended by a service technician the very next day.
After this comes the tragedy. He advised the burners should be changed. Chatged 5200 rupees. We said ok, change it. He took 200 rupees as conveyance (??)
The next day I get a call from another person asking for invoice saying it may be under warranty. I sent the bill the same day. I have tried calling her and him from the next 2 weeks daily in vain. Such audacity.
Then called Kaff customer care again out of last leg detoriation of hob. They promised it will be attended in priority. This happened 4 weeks back.
The next day one local number was given. We called that incharge person. He took the service rep in conference. They started fighting between themselves in the conference call and cut me out of the call.
From there 7 calls to customer care later, writing this review.
It seems they will only visit if the hob bursts and it comes in newspaper.
Kaff India... if this is how you treat your customer. Then God save your firm.
And your products are not cheap either. I can buy 5-6 cooktops in 1 hob price.
Rethink, regroup or you are bound to fail very heavily.
