I have purchased this model about an year back and faced issue with it when power goes off. I had the circuit board issue twice and both the times, it took more than a month to replace it by the Kaff company team. Now being in the 1st year, it is covered under the warranty and I do not need to pay anything. Going forward, any issue I need to pay out of my pocket.
So out of the last one year(in fact less than 10 months) I have used it less than 8 months as they took their own time in rectifying / replacing the defect. I would strongly NOT recommend this product as their service is pathetic as they do not answer inspite of repeated calls and also take a very long time to replace a part.(More than a month for any issue).
Better I would suggest to go for lesser priced chimney in other brands like Faber which I am using for the last 10 years without any issues.
