Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gum is one of the most loved Hindi Movies. It contains big names like Shahrukh Khan, Hrittik, Omitav, Rani MUkherji and Kajol. In this movie Omitav stressed a lot about their family tradition and he een refused to accept Kajol as his son-in-law as Kajol did not come from a rich family. After watching Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gum I came to know about a new definition of Indian culture and tradition (Paramparah). Indian tradition according to Amitab Bachhan or most probably to the script writer of the movie means:

  1. Dancing with other women at an old age (Amitav). I really do not know if Indian men at the age of Omitav celebrate their birthdays by dancing with short dressed young girls infront of their wife and cildren!

  2. Going to London when you have any problem with your father (Shahrookh). India is not a good place to work. So, go to London. In the last few years the trend has become opposite for many highly educated indian professionals who are returning to India from USA and contributing in the development of Indian economy.

  3. After feeling the charm of Bande Materom then becoming crazy for a woman with short dress. The writer of Bande Matorom would surely have felt happy to see that Hrittik is inspired by the song Bande Matorom to become crazy for a girl who only knows how to show her body well.

  4. Wearing short dress and not having any IQ (Karina). The Indians are developing in all aspects of life. Amartya Sen got Nobel Prize and Arundhuty Roy got the booker. But according to the definition of paramparah, Karina Kapor is the ideal role model as she has no IQ.

I congratulate all the actors and actresses, as well as director, script writer for presenting us a new definition of Indian culture and tradion.
