The film lacks story, that is sure. Kal ho na ho had some catching things that made it run but that won't be same with this. I alway wonder how karan is having extremly beautiful music in his movies?. And no doubt about the cinematography. Its stunning. The film can be a hit with 4 main factors like,
music.
Cast performance.
Cinematography.
Media popularity.
The film is average and nothing to enjoy. I suggest that no families should bring their children for this movie because there is nothing funny or entertaining in this movie. Karan was bit too much presistivve in selecting the story as " little serious".
Lets see how succesful is the movie. And one more thing. Shahruk khan is the best. He is surely playing his role well, and preity cinta also. The film, like all karan films, had some good capturing colors . Even if we go home, the colors of the film like the songs will remain in our mind a long time. And this magic cannot be created in any other films in bollywood. Its creditt goes with karan. He know how to keep the movie colorful. The ability is high in him . amitabh bachan had also performed well in this movie. Totally, the film should be average and nothing to expect. It will be a good change for couples watching this movie.
i wont strongly recomment this movie because the script is bit complex one. But this film had and have high publicity that everyone will come and see this movie.
The concept is good but not good for a commercially successful expecting movie. I think karan knows that.
