I've been with Kaartech for the past five years. Kaartech is a place for aggressive and enthusiastic consultants.
Kaartech is a blend of People and process. The company is currently expanding on a large scale.
After working at other firms, I can confidently state that two years of experience at Kaartech is equivalent to five years in the real world.
We may approach the leadership directly and quickly climb the ladder. Remuneration is as expected and based on performance.
On the other hand, the consultant's expectations are very high; sadly, not all will be able to meet Kaartech's requirements. That is why I say this is just for enthusiastic and proactive consultants.

Suggestion:
To eliminate dependence, L2 and L3-level leaders in all areas must emerge. These leaders have to work in line with the vision of the CEO.
The travel process should improve.
Overall, it is a great place to work with a family atmosphere.
