I had gone to Mysore on one day trip. Overall my trip experience is very good!
Transportation - 5(out of 5)
Time given for sight seeing places - 4(Zoo park is not covered!)
Guide(instructions only in the bus) - 5
Hotels Chosen for Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner - 3
Nice A/C deluxe bus. Every seat has a mobile charging point as well. So, do carry your charger.
In sight seeing places, Zoo park is not covered. In fact, it cann't be covered as the Zoo is of 3.5km radius. Need to have 2-3hrs.
Hotels for food picked are - Kamat, Mayura(in Mysore), Padma sagar(Mandya?)
Breakfast in Kamat was not good. We tried Dosa/Idly vada. Idly was pathetic!
Lunch(We tried meals) at Mayura was just manageable.
At Badami house you have private parking space for 2 wheelers and parking space for 5-6 cars. FCFS. Security said generally very limited cars(5-6) do come in for parking.
(I was badly looking for parking info at Badami house. Nothing was available in net.)
