Horrible experience with KPN - KA41A 9799(Bengaluru to Chennai A/c sleeper 2+1 16th Apr 2016) - will not travel and will not recommend this tour operator to anyone. Scheduled boarding at KPN Bommanahalli 10.45 PM. Bus arrived 1 hr 15 mins late, at 12.00 AM.
Stopped at Vaanagaram(8 kms before Koyambedu) and driver said bus will not go further no reasons mentioned. No apologies from the driver and he was rude and not willing to answer further questions. We had to hire an auto(Rs. 150/-) and reached Koyambedu.
