Hi all, I have been travelling in Conti Travels(Headquarters, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu) for the last four years in the Coimbatore-Bangalore-Coimbatore route. Their service is really good. I dont have a single complaint about them so far.
The drivers are well-qualified.
The vehicles are clean and well-maintained.
The buses leave almost always on time, except when some passenger does not turn up on time.
The drivers are well-qualified and very well trained. They are always neatly dressed and answer queries with consideration.
They do not play blasting FM music on night trips. The staff are very cooperative. The first four seats are reserved for women travelling alone. In one instance, I was alone on seat No. 1, and the bus was full except for the seat next to me. They refused to take any other single seat queries. They could have forced me to adjust, but they dint. I really appreciate that.
Their baggage service is extremely good. They have ample space in the bus to even carry 2 big bikes.
I have not been in any other route in their service, but I am positive they are good enough.
One problem is that their tickets get "sold out" very quickly and even if you enquire two weeks before for a weekend ticket you dont get it(I guess it means it is that much in demand). I completely recommend Conti Travels. I dint find any of this at KPN travels
