I visited KIMS for my mothers' gall bladder removal, specifically visited KIMS for Dr. Lakshmikanth who comes highly recommended.
Initial diagnosis and operations procedure is fine, but post operation every step was a hell and bad experience one after the other!
Dr. Lakshmikanth is very busy and has no delegated 2nd level of junior doctors. The ward nursing staff is very very rude! In short the ward nurses are of care-free attitude, always busy but ZERO out put.
Last of all the billing staff, especially the one at the cashless counter is worst of the kind one can see. If you ask for detail bill you will be getting all sorts of excuses and bad attitude shown. Even more looks like all manipulations of the actual bill happens, and looks like close networking with the insurance middle agents - Health agents (in wrong senses I mean it).
THINK TWICE IF YOU ARE GOING TO THIS KIMS FOR ANY IN-PATIENT NEEDS!
If it is for specific doctor for operation, no issues. Experience for me with Dr. Lakshmikanth (Surgical Gastro) has been good, but not for the In-patient experience!
