Improper and worse arrangement for attendees. You are suppose to leave patient on one floor and goto another floor to get seat or else you are welcome to sit on floor.
Surprisingly they kept feedback form holder and a box but you will not find feedback form and if u got lucky to catch floor manager he will come up with excuses and will say will get the form but he will never show up again.
