I have been there in this hospital for my friend's treatment as he was suffering from severe headache. He normally feels headache on daily basis but it was severe and we were in secunderabad so this was the nearest hospital I could find.
It looks good from outside as the infrastructure is verg good of the hospital so we thought that hospital services would also be like its outer look. I went to reception and asked for consultantation slip of MD. How was going to come there by 10 min as per schedule. I got token no. 5. We started waiting and instead of 10 min. He came after 40 min, It was quite frustating sitting there with his headache. I asked staff members 2-3 times but they said that we can't do anything sir. If you want to go to other hospital you may leave but Dr will come whenever he feels like coming.
After this answer I was quite shoked as how can hostipal staff be so irresponsible. But we had no other option and then on our turn we got checkup. The dr asked as for 3-4 tests that included CT-scan, 2 blood test( TSH, and one more) and 3d echo. I didnt understand that in headache what will 3d echo does that is heart checkup but as we were helpless we got all the tested done . All the reports were fine and then he said that my friend has migran that we already knew and gave us some medicines.
The total hospital charge was around 8000 rs and finally 102 rs tablets.
So I think that they are getting comission based on the test and all this drama so they are writing tests even if not required.
I would not recommend this hospital to anybody.
