KFC has started in India and I see people having KFC Fried chicken on regular basis. So the American Food revolutions has finally come to India. I heard McDonald's busines is soaring in India, Taco Bell has been introduced in Indian markets too. For all those consuming on a regular basis I would tell this
Its really hard to find the following things in natural food
Salt
Sugar
Fat
Which you will apparently find in plenty in all the KFC and McDonalds food for eg
KFC Chicken Fried with Skin - Salt & Fat
Soda - Sugar and Caffine.
McDonalds Happy Meal
Burger/Sandwich - Fat
Fries - Salt
Soda- Sugar
And what does these leads to Diabetes, Cholesterol and Blood Pressure.
