It was just a day before my exam. Me and my family thought of having dinner in KFC at mahagun Metro Mall ( now i regret for the decision). Their was a sequence of unhappiness.
I tell you how.
1) Earlier we decided to have dinner at home and we should order from KFC for home delivery.
Ok we ordered by calling they took my address everything was fine. Problem started after 30 min i recieve a call from KFC mahagun saying your order is burnt due to excessive oiling so it will take further 30 min. At one moment ok but what happen after 30 min they called me and said we can,t deliver at your location. Are you mad. you are telling me this after 1 hour.
we told them ok we will take away from your store.
2) most interesting scene starts from here me and my family went to KFC to take my order. We already order SUPER6 bucket (sunday offer). The staff their says we have not received your order. Are you Serious. We again called that 011 delivery number and they said your order was cancelled. so we booked again.
3) after 20 min of waiting we at last got my order. But tragedy still not stops. We were suppose to get 18 peices of chicken (6 piece of hot wings, 6 piece of boneless strips and 6 piece of hot and crispy) but we get only 16 pieces everything was mixed so i cant judge which one was less. I want to counter and after discussing for 15 minutes he gave me 2 pieces of boneless strips.
4) it is not the END. The chicken was so yuk. It was just boiled chicken with no spices we have to take sauce pouches to digest them that also 2 at a time. Me and my family visited counter 5 times just to take sauce pouch( 2 sachet). he was not giving me more.
5) When i reached home i had intensive pain in my stomach. My mom also suffered a lot of pain and then what we all vomited the KFC bucket within an HOUR. I don,t know what type of chicken it was.
I am still suffering from pain right now and eating daliya. You know how it feels eating the food without spices.
I will not spare KFC for this. I will Tell everyone about this. I want my Money Back.
