Went there on a Sunday around 3 PM. The ground floor was dark, no lights(cost cutting?) and few tables were waiting to be cleaned up.There was a good number of customers there, however only two guys at the cashier counter who were serving as well. They took an average of 16 minutes to take an order and another 10-15 minutes to serve.
The girl at French Fries cooking section was snacking on it while collecting from frying pan. After placing on plate too she continued and later it went to the customer waiting in the first floor. A plate of fried chicken was lying down on the cash counter top for 10-12 minutes since the burger was being cooked.
The cashier on one counter asked me to wait for 2 minutes and disappeared. After waiting for around 10 minutes moved to another one. Entire brownie tray was heated to get one scoop of it and had to tell the server not to use the hand besides spoons. Even street side stores are getting better these days. KFC should focus on basic hygiene and to train the employees on better customer service.
