I had visited the kfc koregaon park plaza outlet located in the food court of koregaon park plaza. I ordered a zinger chicken burger and a coke and the nearly everybody from the staff was playing with their mobile phones especially when there are people waiting to order.
The chicken did taste funny and was actually not cooked well and the pepsi tasted like water. I normally never visit kfc and prefer mac donalds to it as even the experinec I had last year at their deccan outlet was horrible where the fries were soggy and the chicken nuggets tasted synthetic . I wonder why anybody should pay the price they pay if the food quality and the service is horrible .
The kp plaza outlet needs to fire the irresponsible employees who seem least bothered about customers. Being self serviced outlet I had to remind the guy thrice about my order as I was supposed to watching a movie in the next 15 minutes
